This Mixed-Media collage is a combination of drawing, painting, and sculpting. Artist Chris Wheeler used acrylic paints on handmade, individually-cut and shaped paper that's stretched, textured and glued with strained Japanese wheat paste, a technique of paper stretching traditionally used to mount scrolls. Calming and beautiful, it rests in a white float frame. The painting is ready to hang and signed on back.
