Porcelain Passions catches the fun, flair, and movement of a colorful seasonal bouquet. It is a multicolor serigraph, signed and numbered, in a limited edition of 200. Each image is created one at a time, by hand, on archival printing paper. Individually stretched silkscreens have been made in the dimensions of the image. With a special block-out, only planned areas/shapes allow for the deposit of the ink on the paper - when the ink is 'squeegeed', by hand, across the stretched silk. It is essentially a matter of color separation. Some of the inks are opaque, and some very transparent. When all the colors are deposited from several screens and overlapped, the range of colors achieved are innumerable.
