Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it arrives back at our studio safely and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the item is inspected.
